All uploaded content is reviewed before publication. You must not upload content that:

Purity Tube reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content to Purity Tube, you grant Purity Tube a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

5. Moderation Decisions

All content is subject to review. Videos that do not meet our standards will be rejected and the creator notified. We aim to provide clear feedback, but moderation decisions are final. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Disclaimers

Purity Tube is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or reputation arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
